Preferred Customer Program
Preferred customers receive over $240 worth of discounts and added value services to help properly maintain their vehicle and lower their overall costs of service by as much as one-half over five-years (compared to only repairing your vehicle when it breaks, per government fleet studies).

What happens if I can’t keep my appointment or miss it? We know this can happen so as long as you reschedule and come in within 30-days of your recommended appointment date you are still entitled to take advantage of your preferred customer status.

How long is my Preferred Customer Card good? The card is good for 13 months from date of issue. Since the normal servicing interval for most vehicles is 4-months or 4,000-miles you will get a new card every three services. Appointments can be rescheduled but need to be kept within thirty days of the initial scheduled date to keep the card valid.

What does Import Auto do? We will make it as easy as possible for you to maintain your vehicle by scheduling advanced appointments for your recommended services and notifying you within 2 weeks of that appointment by e-mail and by phone. If you need to reschedule we will be happy to give you a time that is more convenient.

What do you get? You get excellent service from someone that knows and understands your vehicle, and someone you can trust. And, you receive benefits with a retail value of over $240 that includes: free loaner car with service, free car wash with service, free window treatment, upgrade to full synthetic oil and others added value services and discounts. You or anyone that you choose can use your Preferred Customer Card.

We will also check your vehicles tire pressure and fluids for no charge at anytime you drop in during normal business hours.

Why did we create the Preferred Customer Program?
The quick answer is to assist you in getting the best reliability at the lowest cost. We can do this because it allows us to schedule our technicians in advance and therefore get your car completed the same day (assuming no other work is needed). It is a win/win!

Rules and Regulations:
Customer must keep all scheduled appointments or reschedule with in 30 days to keep card valid. Good for 13 months. Card is only redeemable with a regular repair or service. Only one service may be redeemed per visit. Not redeemable for cash. May be used on any vehicle.

Two full synthetic oil upgrades on an oil change. (5w20 or 5w30 oil only, limit 5 qts oil). $30 value 
Two windshield treatments. $45 value 
Two car washes with hand dry. $20 value each  
One free loaner car. $40 value
One free fuel filter with any 30k, 60k, or 90k service. (Does not include labor) $40 value
